1.)Payment Terms / भुगतान की शर्तें
शादी से पहले कुल राशि का 85% भुगतान आवश्यक है।
बुकिंग के समय 25% एडवांस लिया जाएगा।
डिलीवरी के समय पूर्ण भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है। 85% before wedding, 25% advance at booking, full payment at delivery.
2.)Travel & Safety / यात्रा और सुरक्षा
टीम के लिए सुरक्षित आने-जाने की व्यवस्था ग्राहक द्वारा की जाएगी।
ट्रैवलिंग खर्च अलग से जोड़ा जाएगा। Safe travel must be provided by client. Travel cost is extra.
3.)Equipment Risk / उपकरण जोखिम
ग्राहक के यहाँ आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान कैमरा, ड्रोन, टीवी, क्रेन या अन्य किसी भी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण में
यदि जानबूझकर की गई तोड़फोड़ या किसी प्रकार की भौतिक क्षति होती है, तो उसके मरम्मत या प्रतिस्थापन का पूर्ण भुगतान ग्राहक द्वारा किया जाएगा। During the event at the customer’s venue, if any camera, drone, TV, crane, or other electronic equipment is intentionally damaged or suffers any physical loss, the full cost of repair or replacement shall be borne by the customer.
4.)Harsh Firing Policy / हर्ष फायरिंग नीति
हर्ष फायरिंग के समय शूटिंग रोक दी जाएगी।
यदि नुकसान होता है, तो ग्राहक जिम्मेदार होगा। Work will stop during firing. Any damage = client responsibility.
5.)Media Rights / मीडिया अधिकार
कंपनी अपने पोर्टफोलियो के लिए फोटो/वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट कर सकती है। PVW Films may post selected content for promotion.
6.)Timing / समय सीमा
गर्मी में बिदाई अधिकतम सुबह 8 बजे तक और सर्दी में 9 बजे तक। Summer bidai till 8 AM, Winter till 9 AM.
7.)Function Schedule / कार्यक्रम समय परिवर्तन
यदि आप हमें किसी कार्यक्रम में फोटोग्राफी एवं वीडियोग्राफी के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं, तो कार्यक्रम का जो समय आप पहले से निर्धारित करेंगे, उसी समय पर कार्य प्रारंभ और समाप्त किया जाएगा। यदि कार्यक्रम निर्धारित समय से पहले शुरू होता है या दिए गए समय से अधिक देर तक चलता है, तो अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा। If you hire us for photography and videography services for any event, the work will start and end strictly as per the scheduled time provided by you. If the event starts earlier or extends beyond the agreed time, additional charges will apply.
8.)Booking & Date Extension / बुकिंग एवं तारीख़ बढ़ना
अगर बुकिंग के दौरान तय की गई तिथि से कार्यक्रम की अवधि बढ़ती है, तो अतिरिक्त दिन के लिए सामान्य कार्यक्रम (Normal Function) पर बुकिंग राशि का 20% और ग्रैंड कार्यक्रम (Grand Function) पर बुकिंग राशि का 30% अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा। If the event extends beyond the dates confirmed at the time of booking, an additional charge of 20% of the base booking amount will apply for normal functions, and 30% of the booking amount for grand functions per extra day.
9.)Drone Flying / ड्रोन संचालन
ड्रोन संचालन के लिए खुले और सुरक्षित क्षेत्र की आवश्यकता होती है। कार्यक्रम स्थल के अंदरूनी या भीड़-भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों, जैसे पार्किंग या पैक एरिया में ड्रोन संचालन संभव नहीं है। ड्रोन का उपयोग केवल कुछ महत्वपूर्ण पलों की शूटिंग के लिए किया जाएगा, न कि लगातार उड़ान के लिए। Drone operation requires an open and safe area. It is not possible to fly a drone inside the venue or in crowded spaces such as parking or packed areas. The drone will be used only to capture specific important moments, not for continuous flight.
